Valor Forensic Engineering Services is expanding and looking for additional staff to build our team of experts providing forensic engineering solutions. We are always looking for engineers, drone pilots, technicians, and support staff to serve our clients in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Missouri, Louisiana and Texas.
If you are a curious, hard-working individual who is interested in working with us to grow our team, please contact us. All positions with Valor FES are work-from-home except when working at a job site, allowing some flexibility of schedules.
We are looking for self-motivated engineers to join our growing team – people who can look past the obvious, simple solution and think outside the box to determine causes of damage. Working for Valor FES will not be your traditional desk job; some of your time will be spent traveling in Oklahoma and other states to job sites, where you will climb roofs, look in crawl spaces, and otherwise observe all necessary components of a structure to help your client with the claim. We are looking for both Engineer Interns (EI/EIT) and Professional Engineers (P.E.). As Valor Forensic Engineering Services continues to grow, we are also interested in extending internship opportunities to college students beyond their third program year.
Drone Pilots –
Valor FES is looking for commercially licensed drone pilots with a current Part 107 drone license from the FAA who are interested in a challenging, exciting career. Often the images gathered with a drone can assist our engineers in determining the cause and extent of damage to a structure and can obtain images not otherwise available. Drone pilots are a valuable part of the Valor FES team, and we are always looking for qualified applicants.
Valor FES needs energetic, motivated technicians to assist the engineers with field work. This job will include helping the engineer collect samples, move equipment, and other jobs as needed to assist the engineer in completing an assignment.
We are always looking for more administrators and support staff to enhance the forensic engineering solutions we deliver. Depending on the role, you may be answering phones, scheduling appointments, coordinating staff, reviewing reports, gathering weather data and other information, and other tasks as needed. If you are knowledgeable in various word processing programs, able to communicate clearly to and work with a variety of people, and are flexible and a self-motivated person, this may be a great fit for you. This would be a work-from-home position.
Why Work for Valor Forensic Engineering Services?

Valor FES is expanding and changing to meet the forensic engineering solutions and other needs of our clients, which can allow many opportunities for our staff to move into new, exciting roles over the years.
